Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love every Haras Bucephale product as much as we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- unused and in its original packaging,
- in the same condition in which you received it,
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or faulty upon arrival.
